Duration

Certification
Overview
In the Scrum process, the Scrum Product Owner holds the most extensive and demanding role, requiring specific qualities for success. Product Owners must possess the authority to make decisions and have the courage to stand by them, command time to be available for the role, and possess the knowledge needed to play the role successfully. To make the right decisions, Product Owners must be informed and able to communicate with stakeholders.
The Agile Scrum Product Owner training course covers all aspects necessary to successfully shape this role, focusing on practical application through exercises, sparring with other professionals, and hands-on experience with real-life cases.
The first section of the course delves into the philosophy behind Agile, the division of roles between business and IT, and the exploration of Agile methods such as Scrum and DSDM Atern. Additionally, the roles within Agile, including Business Sponsor, Business Visionary, Scrum Master, and Product Owner, are discussed.
The second section of the course focuses on the application and implementation of theory, with challenging exercises and a simulation game. Participants gain insight into the impact of short-cycle, iterative, and incremental development. Through this practical approach, theory becomes clear, and participants are better equipped to successfully play the Scrum Product Owner role.
*The training is delivered by Professional Scrum Trainers™ (PSTs). Trainer’s profiles are available upon request.
