I have been knowing and experienced with Iverson since last 7 years. Did some research via the internet on the training providers which is well established in Malaysia. ITIL v3 class offered by Iverson is a basic requirement for IT people to have some guidance on IT Service Management and the best practices. The journey of IT Service Management and its roadmap helps me to understand what is the best requirements for IT. The guidelines and best practices outlined in the course have guided me to perform IT-related tasks well. With the Certification, I have got some acknowledgement and recognized as well as the course is worldwide known. As part of my current roles, I have been assessing and perform planning for IT technical training which will help to upskill staff performance. Some of the areas that need to train as an expert to ensure the business are well engaged.

I have attended the Microsoft Excel 2013 training in 2017 to enhance my knowledge and skills in using the Excel file. The 3 days training comprises of beginner, intermediate and advanced level where it guides me on how to use functions and formulas. I signed up for Iverson Microsoft & Pivot Excel Training hoping to improve my computed excel reports & email write ups. But I left with vastly further. I learned how to summarize data using pivot tables & writing formulas specifically for my niche. I can apply to anything from a simple email subject title to a full blown. I learned how to fully use content in calendar invite to actively engage respondents and get them on my meetings.
